UFC 274: 'Oliveira vs. Gaethje' Live Results and Highlights

The Octagon returns to Phoenix for tonight’s UFC 274 event, a fifteen-bout fight card headlined by Charles Oliveira vs. Justin Gaethje. Oliveira (32-8 MMA) missed weight by half a pound yesterday and was thus forced to relinquish his UFC lightweight title as well as a portion of his fight purse. In addition, ‘Do Bronx’ is no longer eligible to obtain the promotions vacant 155lbs strap this evening. Pettis (25-12 MMA) will be looking to snap a two-fight losing streak this evening and earn his first PFL victory in the process. ‘Showtime’ is coming off back-to-back decision defeats to Clay Collard and Raush Manfio. The former UFC champion has gone 2-4 over his past six fights overall.

Gabe Green is hoping to rematch Daniel Rodriguez. Green fought Rodriguez on short notice in his UFC debut which was his first fight in two years. It was a competitive fight but one Green lost and since then, he has rallied off two straight wins beating Phil Rowe by decision and TKO’ing Yohan Lainesse last weekend. For Green, he says his in over Lainesse went exactly how he thought.

MacDonald (23-8-1 MMA) will enter tonight’s fight looking to snap a two-fight losing skid. ‘The Red King’ is coming off decision losses to Ray Cooper III and Gleison Tibau in his most recent PFL appearances. The former Bellator welterweight champion has gone just 2-4-1 over his past seven fights overall.

Former UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira has issued a statement after his weight miss earlier today. The Brazilian and Justin Gaethje are set to clash tomorrow night at UFC 274. The bout was set to be the second defense of Oliveira’s lightweight title. However, he is no longer the champion at 155 pounds.

The setback was preceded by three straight decision losses under the UFC banner.

She then returned in October and had three fights in just over a month. However, since November she has been on the sidelines which was not her plan.
