Clay Guida is fighting out his contract on Saturday night at UFC Vegas 52. Guida is set to face Claudio Puelles in the co-main event in a very intriguing lightweight scrap. Puelles is on a four-fight win streak and is looking to build his name off of Guida’s which the legend says won’t happen.

Some of which, have landed him in hot water. His comments on certain subjects have gotten him involved with Khalil Roundtree, Colby Covington, and Jan Blachowicz, all of whom have received insults from Strickland.

The debate about who’s the greatest ever is one that’s been around as long as sports have been. Since UFC 1, that’s a debate that has also continued in MMA. While there were early contenders such as Royce Gracie and Matt Hughes, the debate rages today around names such as Jon Jones.

Jake Paul has opened as the betting favorite to beat Michael Bisping in a potential boxing match. Recently, Paul and Bisping have taken shots at one another as the brash YouTuber-turned-boxer called him out. The former UFC champion and Hall of Famer expressed some interest but the only hesitation is him getting licensed due to his eye.

It seems everyone is weighing in on who Conor McGregor’s next opponent should be, the latest being UFC commentator Joe Rogan. McGregor (22-6 MMA) hasn’t fought since July of 2021 where he went down to defeat in a lightweight battle with Dustin Poirier (28-7 MMA) at UFC 264. It was during that fight that McGregor broke his leg and he’s been rehabilitating every since. Now back to training, the Irish fighter is hoping to return to the cage by the summer of this year.

Hardy, has since received clearance by his doctors and has been contemplating the idea of a comeback for several years.

The Swede is just coming off a unanimous decision win at UFC 273 where he defeated Gilbert Burns (20-5 MMA) in the welterweight bout. The duo won ‘Fight of the Night’ honors and saw Chimaev break into the top five of the 170lb rankings.

It will be her first fight at strawweight since her split decision loss to Rose Namajunas at UFC 251 in July 2020.

The two were booked to fight in January and in May of 2021, but visa issues on both sides caused the fight to be scrapped. According to Jackson, this is a fight the UFC wanted to make so he wasn’t surprised when they made it for the third time.

His mental state was further questioned when he requested the fight to be moved to middleweight just days away from the contest.
