Conor McGregor announces birth of third child in 2021

UFC superstar Conor McGregor and his fiancée Dee Devlin have announced that their family is expecting to have their third child in 2021. McGregor and Devlin, who have been together since 2008, have two children together, Conor Jack McGregor, who was born in May 2017, and Croia McGregor, who was born in January 2019. On Christmas 2020, McGregor and Devlin made the happy announcement that their family will be adding another child in 2021. A post-fight interview between Magomed Ismailov and Vladimir Mineev resulted in an insane brawl at today’s AMC Fight Nights Global event. AMC held it’s final show of the year ‘Winter Cup’ on Thursday evening in Moscow. During the event, a faceoff between Ismailov and Mineev turned violent with both men throwing strikes at one another. Those actions spawned a sea of bodies to enter the cage and suddenly a wild brawl was underway.

Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones would be “dangerous” as a heavyweight boxer, says Olympic gold medalist Claressa Shields. Jones is set to move up to the UFC heavyweight division in 2021, and Shields believes he could eventually make the transition to heavyweight boxing. Speaking to Heavy.com, Shields said that, from what she’s seen with training with Jones at Team Jackson – Wink, Jones has what it takes to succeed in boxing, noting she doesn’t see WWE in his future.

Amanda Nunes opens as gargantuan betting favorite over Megan Anderson

UFC women’s featherweight champion Amanda Nunes opened up as a 10-to-1 betting favorite for her upcoming UFC 259 bout against Megan Anderson. Nunes and Anderson were previously scheduled to compete at UFC 256 earlier this month, but the fight was called off after Nunes withdrew due to an injury. The UFC matchmakers were, fortunately, able to re-book the fight in short order. Nunes vs. Anderson will now take place just three months later at UFC 259, which is set for March 9. The main event for that event has not been confirmed yet but all signs are pointing to the headliner being the rematch between UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou.

There have been whispers that the UFC would like to match up Covington and Masvidal for early 2021 and possibly have them serve as coaches on “The Ultimate Fighter,” but so far, the fight has not been booked.

Coker was later being asked about his thoughts on that fight, and he predicted that Paul will knock Askren out, a comment that led Askren to fire back and take to his social media to suggest that Bellator is up for sale.
