Former UFC title challenger Chad Mendes is set to meet ‘Famez’ in his BKFC debut at next month’s ‘KnuckleMania 2’ event. Mendes (18-5 MMA), a former three-time UFC title challenger, announced his retirement from mixed martial arts following a TKO loss to Alex Volkanovski at UFC 232.

Henry Cejudo has clapped back at Dana White after the UFC President offered a controversial take on his title aspirations. Cejudo (16-2 MMA), a former two-division UFC champion, retired from mixed martial arts after defending his bantamweight title against Dominick Cruz at UFC 249 in May of 2020.

Jake Paul raked in the money from boxing in 2021. According to Forbes, Paul earned a combined $40 million before taxes from his three boxing victories in 2021. He also made an additional $5 million from his other endeavors, including his videos. He’s the second-highest earning YouTuber on the list.

Tyson Chartier was proud of Rob Font as he believes he fought a very good fight against Jose Aldo. Font had a ton of success but there were a couple of points where he made a mistake and Aldo capitalized and dropped him. According to Chartier, he believes the first knockdown that broke Font’s orbital bone set the tone for the rest of the scrap, as Aldo won a decision. Yet, he is proud of his pupil as he believes they can take a lot of good from it.
Greg Hardy out of UFC 270 fight against Serghei Spivac

Greg Hardy will not be competing at UFC 270. Hardy was scheduled to face Aleksei Oleinik next weekend, but on Thursday it was revealed the Russian was out of the fight and was replaced by Serghei Spivac. Now, Hardy posted on Instagram a photo of his finger that is cut and appears to be broken.

Joseph Holmes is eager to finally make his UFC debut. Holmes won by submission on the Contender Series but Dana White decided he wanted to see some more. He then competed at Dana White’s Lookin’ For A Fight, where he scored a KO win and got a UFC contract. After getting the deal, he agreed to a short-notice fight to face Jamie Pickett at UFC Vegas 46 which he’s excited about.

Henry Cejudo, after defending his bantamweight title against Dominick Cruz at UFC 249 on May 9th, 2020 in Jacksonville, Florida, ultimately made the decision to retire. However, after Max Holloway withdrew his name from a trilogy fight with Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 272, Cejudo (16-2 MMA), threw his name into the mix. Apparently a title shot against Volkanovski would be enough to bring ‘Triple C’ out of retirement.

Brendan Schaub, American podcast host, has come to his good friend Joe Rogans’ defense after medical experts call for Spotify to “establish a clear and public policy to moderate misinformation on its platform.” The letter stated: “By allowing the propagation of false and societally harmful assertions Spotify is enabling its hosted media to damage public trust in scientific research and sow doubt in the credibility of data-driven guidance offered by medical professionals.”

It’s clear to see that both men still don’t like one another and in a recent episode of DC & RC, Cormier said he doesn’t think Jones will win the UFC heavyweight title when he finally challenges for it.

When he got the call to fight Collier he immediately accepted as he believes it will be a fun fight for the fans.
Conor McGregor's pub in Ireland targeted with "petrol bombs," cops searching for suspects

Conor McGregor’s pub, The Black Forge Inn, was targeted by criminals with a petrol bomb late Wednesday but no damage to the building was done as well as no injuries to any patrons were sustained. McGregor bought the pub back in 2019 for a reported $2.2 million, and they confirmed the news to MMAFighting that the pub was the site of an attack.
