It has been reported that Kevin Holland subdued a gunman at a restaurant shooting in the Highland Park neighborhood of Houston. Holland, 29, competes in the welterweight division of the UFC. ‘Trailblazer’ last fought at UFC 272 on March 5th where he defeated Alex Oliveira (22-12 MMA) with a TKO win in round 2.

The former two-weight champion may still return to the Octagon one day but for the time being, he seems to be pretty satisfied with where he’s at.

Ngannou was not the only fighter to talk about pay, as many of his colleagues have since claimed the UFC only pays 16% of revenue to fighters, which according to Epstein is not true. Instead, the UFC COO has suggested three reasons as to why people think fighters are underpaid.
