Israel Adesanya has some advice for Jon Jones. Adesanya is set to put the UFC Middleweight Championship on the line against Jared Cannonier at UFC 276 on July 2. If he defeats Cannonier, then Adesanya will make his fifth successful undisputed UFC Middleweight Title defense.

Mateusz Gamrot continues to climb up the UFC lightweight ladder and he’s asking for a big test. Gamrot headlined the UFC Vegas 57 card against Arman Tsarukyan. After five rounds of action, score totals were all over the place on social media. The three judges at Octagon-side, however, were all in agreement.
Miesha Tate vs. Lauren Murphy scratched from UFC 276

Miesha Tate and Lauren Murphy will not be sharing the Octagon at UFC 276 after all. During the UFC Vegas 57 broadcast, it was announced that Tate vs. Murphy is off the July 2 PPV card. The bout was scheduled to be on the main card.

Jimmie Rivera fought the who’s who of the UFC’s bantamweight division but he says one fight sticks out as his toughest fight. Rivera competed in the UFC from 2015 to 2021 and fought the likes of Petr Yan, Aljamain Sterling, Urijah Faber, Pedro Munhoz, Marlon Moraes, and John Dodson among others. Yet for Rivera, he says the toughest fight of his career was his 2019 scrap against Petr Yan that he lost by decision.

Dan Hardy is scolding Dana White for his ‘unnecessary disrespect’ towards Nate Diaz. It was UFC President, Dana White who recently reacted to Nate Diaz once again requesting his release from the UFC. White pointed out that Diaz has won only one of his last several fights, suggesting perhaps it is time for Californian welterweight to move on.

Adrian Yanez was glad to KO Tony Kelley at UFC Austin. In the lead-up to UFC Austin, Kelley made some bigotry comments and Yanez was told by many people that he needed to KO the American. To only add to that, at weigh-ins and during the fight, Kelley was talking more trash. Even after after losing the fight Kelley continued to chirp which Yanez finds comical.
