Jiri Prochazka has explained why he feels grateful despite having to vacate his UFC light heavyweight championship. Last week, it was announced that Jiri Prochazka vs Glover Teixeira will no longer be taking place at UFC 282. It was supposed to serve as the main event but instead, Jan Blachowicz vs Magomed Ankalaev will be contested for the belt.

Terrell Owens punched and dropped a man outside of CVS on Saturday night. Owens is considered one of, if not the best wide receivers in history and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2018. Although he is known for his football skills, the 48-year-old showed he has some power as he dropped a man outside of CVS. TMZ Sports obtained the video.

Javier Mendez, the coach of Islam Makhachev, doesn’t like how highly ranked his pupil is in the pound-for-pound rankings. Makhachev is ranked second in the UFC’s official pound-for-pound rankings following his submission win over Charles Oliveira to win the lightweight title. Yet, before the fight, Makhachev was not even in the pound-for-pound rankings so his coach doesn’t like how quickly, and how high the champ was put on the pound-for-pound list.
USADA reveals Conor McGregor needs to be in the testing pool for six months before being cleared: "McGregor is not enrolled in our testing pool"

USADA has issued a statement saying Conor McGregor needs to be in the testing pool for six months before being cleared to fight. It has been reported that McGregor is no longer in the USADA testing pool which has caught many by surprise. However, the Irishman has said he will be cleared to fight in February as he has a special exemption from USADA.

Jorge Masvidal has responded to the recent threats made by UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards. During the newly crowned champion’s media tour, he was asked on the Breakfast Club about the famous altercation that occurred after UFC London in 2019 with Masvidal. Masvidal assaulted Edwards backstage. Since then, the pair have never had the chance to settle their differences, but Edwards insists he’ll get Masvidal back ‘in the octagon or in the street’.

Hiestand was set to fight Garcia at UFC Vegas 65 in his first fight after having knee surgery and coming off TUF. It was the longest layoff of his career but it didn’t appear to impact him as Hiestand used his wrestling to control the fight.

The main event of the pay-per-view card on December 10 from Las Vegas was supposed to be headlined by a light heavyweight title fight between Jiri Prochazka vs. Glover Teixeira 2. Yet, Prochazka suffered a serious shoulder injury and withdrew from the fight, and also vacated the title.

Conor McGregor is expecting to be back in February. McGregor hasn’t fought since he broke his leg in his UFC 264 fight against Dustin Poirier. Since then, he has been rehabbing his leg but it was revealed he has since withdrawn from the USADA testing pool, but he is already eyeing a return.

After he returned to the win column in MMA, he signed with BKFC which was an easy decision for him.
