UFC welterweight contender Belal Muhammad appears to be unhappy with Colby Covington. UFC 286 is slated for this Saturday night on pay-per-view from London, England. The card is headlined by the welterweight trilogy bout between Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman. In their first outing in December 2015, ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ won by unanimous decision.

The former Judoka has been out of action since her trilogy bout with the Brazilian last November. The two female lightweights headlined PFL’s championship card, but few expected the main event to be competitive. In their prior two outings, Harrison dominated Pacheco, and many figured that would be the case in the third matchup.

Colby Covington surprised many when he weighed in as the backup fighter for UFC 286. At the UFC 286 press conference, Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman were both asked about the rumor that Covington was spotted in London and whether or not he was the backup fighter. Both said this was the first they heard of it, so many put it to rest.

Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman had a heated final faceoff ahead of UFC 286. Edwards and Usman are set for their trilogy match on Saturday night in London after the Brit won the belt back in August with a fifth-round head kick KO. Since then, the two have trash-talked each other more to add hype to the fight and after the ceremonial weigh-ins, the talk continued.

Former UFC fighter Antonio Carlos Junior has been expelled from Big Brother Brasil after committing a case of sexual harassment. Antonio Carlos Junior (15-5 MMA) won season three of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ back in 2014. Following the victory Junior was signed by the UFC and enjoyed a seven year run with the promotion.

Gaethje has fought 10 times in the UFC – and will make the walk for the 11th time on Saturday – and has yet to shoot for a takedown. Although he is known for his brawling style, that does come as a surprise given he has the wrestling pedigree, but Gaethje says he hasn’t had to use it ever.

Kamaru Usman doesn’t think there is much left for him to accomplish after UFC 286. Usman is looking to reclaim his welterweight title in the main event in the trilogy match against Leon Edwards in London, England. The two had their rematch back in August with Edwards winning by fifth-round head kick KO and even before that fight, many wondered how much longer Usman had left.

Conor McGregor has responded after USADA confirmed he would need six months of testing in order to return. After the Irishman broke his leg in his trilogy match against Dustin Poirier, it was revealed McGregor withdrew from the USADA testing pool. McGregor had said he wanted to focus on rehabbing but many fighters wondered if he was using PEDs to speed up his return.

UFC welterweights Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman had a heated back-and-forth earlier today. ‘Rocky’ and ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ are slated to headline UFC 286 in London this Saturday. The bout will be the third time that they’ve clashed, and the first since their historic welterweight title fight last August. In that outing, Usman appeared to be on his way to a second unanimous decision win over Edwards.

He is coming off a wild Contender Series fight that saw him get an incredible comeback KO. Of course, after Jones submitted Ciryl Gane at UFC 285, he called out Miocic and all signs pointed to that fight happening on International Fight Week this summer.

Conor McGregor is questioning Francis Ngannou’s decision to part ways with the UFC. Francis Ngannou (17-3 MMA) parted ways with the UFC in January of this year. Following a lengthy contract dispute, the heavyweight champion refused the most recent offer from the UFC and left the promotion. With the departure, ‘The Predator’ was stripped of his belt.
