But, he is looking to add featherweight champion to that list.

In the main event of UFC London on March 21, Woodley will return to the Octagon for the first time since losing his belt to Kamaru Usman. Edwards, meanwhile, has been active and is considered to be one win away from a title shot.

MMA coach Ray Longo questions the judges’ decision to award Jon Jones a victory over Dominick Reyes. Jones and Reyes collided in the main event of UFC 247 on Feb. 8. Jones’ UFC light heavyweight championship was on the line. By the end of the fifth and final round, many had Reyes winning the fight 48-47. That’s not how the judges scored the fight, however, and Jones took the unanimous decision victory.

After a lengthy hiatus due to a suspension from the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum is set to return to the cage against fellow grappling specialist Alexey Oleynik. The pair will collide at UFC 250 on May 9 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. News of this bout was first reported by Evelyn Rodrigues and Raphael Marinho of the Brazilian publication Combate.

The UFC released 13 fighters earlier this week including fav favorite Ben Saunders and former Ultimate Fighter winner Brad Katona, and then later cut Juan Adams, bringing the total to 14 fighters cut. Now four more have been released, including Albini.

At UFC 247, Jones was looking to defend his light heavyweight title once again when he battled Reyes. In the end, he did just that winning by unanimous decision, but some believe Reyes should have been awarded the victory.

Khabib Nurmagomedov will only fight Conor McGregor in the street according to his manager Ali Abdelaziz. Nurmagomedov and McGregor fought at UFC 229 where it was Nurmagomedov who won by fourth-round submission. A post-fight melee than took place leading to the Dagestani champion and the Irishman both being suspended. In the lead-up to the fight, McGregor had ‘crossed the line’ in his trash talk, which is why the Nurmagomedov camp is not interested in granting Conor a rematch.
