O’Malley has been a massive star ever since he fought on the Contender Series is called out by bantamweights on a regular basis. Yet, despite being a big star, O’Malley doesn’t believe he is being paid enough to headline cards, however, he does think he is only a few fights away from fighting for UFC gold.
Conor McGregor gives update on leg injury, says he feels 'like I could kick right now'

Conor McGregor has given an update on his broken leg. At UFC 264 in July, McGregor suffered a broken leg at the end of the first round in his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier. It was a disappointing result for their trilogy to end and since then, the Irishman has been focused on his recovery. Although the injury only happened two months ago, the Irishman says his recovery has been going well.

UFC superstar Conor McGregor opened as a huge favorite for a potential “celebrity boxing” match against rapper Machine Gun Kelly. The online sportsbook Bovada released the opening odds for a McGregor vs. MGK fight after the two got into an altercation at the MTV VMAs. According to the opening odds, McGregor is a -5000 betting favorite to defeat MGK in a “celebrity boxing match.” Machine Gun Kelly, on the other hand, is a +1000 betting underdog. Christos Giagos expecting a 'war' against Arman Tsarukyan now that he's at Sanford MMA

Christos Giagos was surprised when he found out he was offered to fight against the 14th-ranked lightweight, Arman Tsarukyan. Giagos submitted Sean Soriano back at UFC 262 in May to extend his winning streak to two and he figured he would need a couple more wins to get a ranked opponent. Yet, with the UFC having a hard time finding an opponent for Tsarukyan, Giagos jumped at the chance to face him.

UFC lightweight title contender Michael Chandler says he’s “ready for violence” against divisional rival Justin Gaethje at UFC 268. Chandler meets Gaethje on November 6 at UFC 268 in what should be an absolute war between two of the best lightweights on the UFC roster. With Chandler coming off of a stoppage loss to Charles Oliveira at UFC 262 and with Gaethje coming off of a finish defeat to Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 254, both fighters need to get back into the win column.

Colby Covington trashed Dustin Poirier and his “Louisiana swamp trash” family, saying “him and his little kid that he uses as a prop.” Covington and Poirier were former teammates at American Top Team in Coconut Creek, Florida, but “Chaos” was forced to leave the gym last year due to rising tensions with several of his teammates, Poirier included. Speaking on a recent edition of Submission Radio, Covington continued to take shots at Poirier and his family. As far as Covington goes, Poirier is just acting nice for the cameras, and that he isn’t a nice guy in real life.
TJ Dillashaw admits that he lied to the referee during Cory Sandhagen bout

Former UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw admitted that he lied to the referee during the recent Cory Sandhagen bout. Dillashaw and Sandhagen fought for 25 minutes to a narrow split decision back in July that the judges ultimately gave to the former champ. Speaking to Submission Radio following the fight, Dillashaw admitted there was a chance that the fight could have been stopped because he had an injury to his eye that meant he had vision problems. According to Sandhagen, however, he lied to the referee and told him that he could still see fine.

Dern managed to extend her win streak to four back in April with a nasty submission triumph over Nina Nunes, bringing her overall record to 11-1. On the flip side, Esparza has won five straight with her victory over Yan Xiaonan putting her firmly in line for a title shot against Rose Namajunas.

Paul is coming off a split decision victory over Tyron Woodley and before that, he knocked out Ben Askren in the first round.
Stephan Bonnar explains recent hospital videos, denies having a drug problem

UFC Hall of Famer Stephan Bonnar explained the recent hospital videos that he posted, while also denying that he has a drug problem. Bonnar recently posted a series of videos of him at the hospital, where he was trying to get pain medication to treat the fractured lumbar vertebrae that he recently injured in a pro wrestling match. It’s far from the first injury that Bonnar has suffered as he has dealt with numerous ailments in his career. According to “The American Psycho,” however, he was not given treatment at the hospital in Las Vegas due to not being vaccinated against COVID-19, and that’s when he decided to take to his social media to post the videos that he did.

UFC welterweight superstar Jorge Masvidal shared his prediction for the upcoming Nick Diaz vs. Robbie Lawler 2 fight at UFC 266. Diaz and Lawler meet next Saturday night in a five-round, non-title welterweight bout at UFC 266. It’s the long-awaited rematch between the two fan favorites after Diaz knocked Lawler out with punches back in 2004. 17 years later and these two are now set to face off again in a fight that doesn’t really feature any title implications considering both Diaz and Lawler are not ranked fighters. But they are both huge names in the sport, so it’s no wonder that Masvidal recently said that he would like to face the winner of the fight.

UFC light heavyweight contender Anthony Smith fired back at “f*cking dork” Ryan Spann ahead of their fight this weekend at UFC Vegas 37. Smith, the No. 6 ranked fighter at 205lbs, meets the No. 11 ranked Spann in the headliner of this weekend’s UFC Fight Night card. Ahead of their fight, “Superman” had some choice words to say about “Lionheart” in the UFC’s video promo package for UFC Vegas 37. Smith heard those comments, and speaking on The MMA Hour, he responded to what Spann said.

UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping praised his former middleweight division rival, Anderson Silva, saying that “he is a modern-day Bruce Lee.” Silva is one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time and, at age 46, he is adding to his reputation as one of the best combat sports athletes of all time with his performances in boxing. After picking up an upset split decision win over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. earlier this summer, Silva got back into the win column this past weekend when he finished Tito Ortiz with punches in Triller Fight Club. It was another exceptional performance by “The Spider” and, as far as his former rival Bisping goes, it’s proof of his legendary status in martial arts.

UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping says he would “love to tee off on Jake Paul” if he can find a commission that will let him fight. Bisping confirmed earlier this year that Team Paul had made contact with him about a potential boxing match, but that never ended up happening. Instead, Paul fought former UFC fighters Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley this year instead, and he beat both of them. The sky is now the limit for Paul in regards to what potential opponent he could face. By beating Askren and Woodley, there is a chance Paul could lure in a bigger-name rival.

Conor McGregor has opened up on his skirmish with Machine Gun Kelly on the red carpet of the VMA’s on Sunday. A video emerged showing the two getting into a scuffle on the red carpet. According to TMZ, McGregor asked MGK for a photo, which the rapper declined and reportedly shoved the Irishman which caused him to spill his drink. McGregor then threw his drink at Kelly and the two then got into an altercation and they were forced to be separated.
