UFC president Dana White is interested in Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson coaching a season of The Ultimate Fighter. The two men were famously booked to fight on five different occasions. Despite that, they never fought. Their five fights were canceled for everything from botched weight cuts to torn ACLs due to tripping over television wires.

Dana White has revealed who Carla Esparza will face in her first title defense. At UFC 274, Esparza edged out Rose Namajunas in a lackluster fight to become the new strawweight champ. Although the fight was a boring one, some thought ‘Thug’ had done enough to warrant an immediate rematch, but White says that won’t happen. Instead, he revealed to MMA Underground that the winner of Weili Zhang vs. Joanna Jedrzejczyk 2 will get the next title shot.

Brendan Schaub believes UFC heavyweight contender Jairzinho Rozenstruik should move down. ‘Bigi Boy’ was in action last Saturday night at UFC Vegas 56 against Alexander Volkov. Rozenstruik was TKO’d just minutes into the first round against the Russian. However, he would later protest the stoppage on social media.

UFC featherweight contender Bryce Mitchell is suggesting that the United States government played a role in the recent school mass shooting. It was on May 24th that 19 students and two teachers were shot dead by an 18-year-old Salvador Ramos inside the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

Accused molester in Cain Velasquez case pleads not guilty to charges

The man accused of molestation in the Cain Velasquez case, Harry Goularte, has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. Goularte, 43, currently faces a felony charge of lewd acts with a minor child – with the reported victim later being identified as Velasquez’s four-year-old son. Goularte was arrested earlier this year and released on $50,000 bail, and just one day later, Velasquez fired a gun at Goularte and accidentally struck his stepfather Paul Bender.

In the main event of UFC Vegas 56, a heavyweight bout headlined the card as Alexander Volkov took on Jairzinho Rozenstruik. Volkov was looking to rebound from a submission loss to Tom Aspinall in the main event of UFC London back in March. The former Bellator champ had been inconsistent as of late, going just 4-4 in his last eight and was looking to remain a contender in the heavyweight division. Rozenstruik, meanwhile, was coming off a decision loss to Curtis Blaydes his last time out.
