UFC champion Kamaru Usman has clarified the “choke and kill yourself” comments he sent to haters on social media. The reigning welterweight kingpin, Usman (20-1 MMA), recently shared some strong words for his followers on Snapchat, which included: “choke and kill yourself”.

Miesha Tate appears to have ruffled some feathers after rejecting the idea of pursuing a “desperate” OnlyFans career. The UFC’s former bantamweight champion, Tate (19-8 MMA), recently responded to a fan on YouTube that suggested she start an OnlyFans account with the following:

Henry Cejudo has sent a message to UFC President Dana White in hopes of securing a fight with Alex Volkanovski. Henry Cejudo (16-2 MMA) last competed in at UFC 249 in May of 2020, where he successfully defended his bantamweight strap with a TKO victory over Dominick Cruz. Immediately following the conclusion of that contest, ‘Triple C’ would announce his retirement from the sport of mixed martial arts.

UFC champion Charles Oliveira recently revealed that he is nearly blind when not wearing his glasses. Oliveira (32-8 MMA) successfully defended his 155lbs title for the first time last month at UFC 269 when he submitted Dustin Poirier with a rear-naked choke in round three (see that here).

Chael Sonnen was not impressed with the “silliness” displayed by combat sports heavyweights Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou. Fury, the reigning WBC and The Ring magazine heavyweight champion, took to social media on Thursday where he posed the following question: “Who would like to see me fight this beast (Francis Ngannou) boxing rules @ufc gloves?”

Korean Zombie frontrunner to replace Max Holloway against Alexander Volkanovski, multiple fighters express interest

Korean Zombie is reportedly the favorite to replace Max Holloway and face Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 272 for the featherweight belt. Earlier on Friday, it was revealed Holloway was forced out of the bout due to an injury. However, sources told BJPENN.com that the Hawaiian had never signed the contract so the fight was never truly official. But, after the news came out that Holloway was out, multiple featherweights put their name in the hat to fight Volkanovski, despite Korean Zombie being the front runner.

Jorge Masvidal has taken a shot at his nemesis Colby Covington. Masvidal and Covington used to be training partners and friends, even living together at one point. However, they had a massive falling out which caused “Chaos” to leave the ATT gym and since then, the two have been going back and forth at one another. After Covington lost to Kamaru Usman he told Masvidal to pull out of his UFC 269 fight against Leon Edwards so they could fight. While, “Gamebred” did not grant Colby his wish, he did end up having to pull out of the Edwards bout due to injury.
Max Holloway forced to withdraw from UFC 272 trilogy fight with Alex Volkanovski

UFC featherweight Max Holloway has been forced to pull out of his UFC 272 trilogy showdown with Alexander Volkanovski. ESPN is reporting that Holloway, who accepted the fight just a matter of days ago, aggravated an old injury on Thursday and will therefore be unable to compete on the March 5 card in Las Vegas. As of this writing, no official statement has been made by the UFC regarding a potential replacement or whether the fight will be rescheduled for a later date.
