UFC president Dana White revealed on Wednesday that the UFC is currently in negotiations for McGregor’s comeback fight to be against Donald Cerrone and not Gaethje. Considering Gaethje just knocked Cerrone out at UFC Vancouver in September, it’s no surprise “The Highlight” is upset he’s not the one getting the fight with McGregor instead.

Perry (13-5) is coming off the back of a split decision loss to Vicente Luque at UFC Uruguay back in August. During the course of that fight “Platinum” sustained one of the worst broken noses in the history of the UFC, leading many to believe that he would be out of action for quite some time.

US President Donald Trump is expected to attend Saturday’s UFC 244 in New York City, which is topped by a welterweight showdown between Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz. Speaking to TMZ ahead of his fight with Diaz, the Cuban-American Masvidal reacted to the prospect of fighting in front of Trump.

This did not sit well with Costa, who defeated Romero with a razor close decision in August. Shortly after Romero targeted Adesanya on Instagram, he got a response from Costa.

Aniah Blanchard, 19, has been missing since October 23 with Harris putting out a series of pleas on social media ever since then. The issue has drawn the attention of the entire mixed martial arts community as fans and fighters alike do everything they can in order to help find Blanchard.

UFC president Dana White has confirmed the promotion is looking to book superstar Conor McGregor against fan favorite Donald Cerrone for the first pay-per-view event of 2020. The card, which will take place on January 18, is expected to be called UFC 246. It will take place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Cerrone recently said he was in talks for the fight against McGregor, and now we have official confirmation by Dana White himself.

An absolute banger of a welterweight fight is the latest addition to UFC 245 as fan favorite Mike Perry takes on Geoff Neal in what is sure to be a war. ESPN’s Ariel Helwani confirmed the Perry vs. Neal booking for UFC 245, which takes place on December 14 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The bout has been rumored on social media in recent days, and now it’s nearly official. According to Helwani, verbal agreements are in place for the bout, and the UFC should make it official shortly.

Masvidal came out and said he wanted to be entertained so he got coach Mike Brown to go into the crowd and find the toughest guys to box each other. But, to make it safe, “Gamebred” only allowed body shots and was on the mic shouting and screaming when something happened.

Thankfully, everything turned out ok, and his fight with Masvidal will go ahead as planned, but it was still a stress-inducing moment for anyone that follows this sport.
