UFC women’s strawweight contender Yan Xiaonan has a name in mind for her return. The Chinese fighter is fresh off her first headlining role at UFC Vegas 61 opposite Mackenzie Dern. Heading into the matchup, Xiaonan was hoping to snap a two-fight losing streak. Prior to the bout with the Brazilian, she had been defeated by Carla Esparza and Marina Rodriguez.

Mike Perry wants to avenge Alex Nicholson’s loss to Vagab Vagabov. Alex Nicholson suffered a brutal loss to Vagab Vagabov in the main event on Friday, September 30th at the REN TV Fight Club Super Series in Moscow. It was the 32 year old Nicholson who was knocked out late in the opening round of the boxing match.

The UFC Hall of Famer will serve as the special guest referee for the special Fight Pit Match between Seth Rollins and former UFC fighter Matt Riddle on October 8. Ariel Helwani was the first to reveal that Cormier will be serving as the referee. WWE later confirmed Helwani’s report, and promised more details on the October 3 episode of “RAW.”

Much has been made over Zuckerberg’s presence at the UFC Apex this past weekend. The UFC shut off UFC Vegas 61 from fans and the media. Rumors swirled that Zuckerberg rented out the UFC Apex for himself and his party, which UFC President Dana White vehemently denied.
