UFC 295 will take place on Saturday, November 11th at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Headlining the event is a heavyweight title fight between Jon Jones (27-1 MMA) and Stipe Miocic (20-4 MMA).

Sean O’Malley and Alexandre Pantoja, in their own ways, are considered to be surprise champions as we near the end of 2023. O’Malley was seen as an underdog against Aljamain Sterling, and many were also surprised to see Pantoja overcome Brandon Moreno.

Former UFC star Nate Diaz has taken aim at Charles Oliveira, as well as Dustin Poirier, after he was pulled from UFC 294. Just a matter of hours ago, it was announced that Charles Oliveira has been pulled from his scheduled contest with Islam Makhachev at UFC 294. The two were set to take part in a rematch, with the UFC lightweight championship being on the line. Unfortunately, due to a nasty cut sustained by ‘Do Bronx’ in training, the fight is no longer going ahead.

UFC president Dana White has confirmed that the Khamzat Chimaev vs Paulo Costa fight is now in jeopardy for UFC 294. Just a few hours ago, it was announced that Alexander Volkanovski will be replacing Charles Oliveira in a rematch against Islam Makhachev at UFC 294. Now, in addition to that, there are rumors circulating regarding the well-being of Paulo Costa. The Brazilian announced recently that he had elbow surgery just a matter of weeks ago, leaving many to wonder whether or not he’d be able to make it to fight night.
Islam Makhachev set to rematch Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 294 with Charles Oliveira out

Islam Makhachev and Alexander Volkanovski are set to run it back in the main event of UFC 294. The folks at the Overdogs Podcast just announced that Charles Oliveira is out of his lightweight title fight on Oct. 21 in Abu Dhabi against Makhachev, and Volkanovski has agreed to step in on short notice to rematch Makhachev in less than two weeks. ESPN has since confirmed the news.

Curtis Blaydes has opened up on his decision to withdraw from the UFC Sao Paulo main event against Jailton Almeida. On Monday it was revealed that Blaydes withdrew from his Nov. 4 main event and was replaced by Derrick Lewis. At the time, it wasn’t revealed what happened to Blaydes, but it has since been reported he suffered an ankle injury.

Logan Paul has fired back at Brendan Schaub. Paul is set to return to the boxing ring on Saturday, Oct. 14 in Manchester, England as he faces Dillon Danis. In the lead-up to the fight, Danis has been posting unflattering photos of Paul’s fiancée Nina Agdal with other men. It has gone on for so long that Agdal is now suing Danis which Schaub isn’t a fan of.
