Gillian Robertson will be returning to the strawweight division. Before Robertson went on TUF and made her way into the UFC, she was competing at 115lbs but admittedly had a tough time making the weight. Once she signed with the UFC, she made 125lbs her home and went 8-5 inside the division. But, after really figuring out her diet, she believes the time is right to return to 115lbs.

Henry Cejudo believes champion status awaits Kelvin Gastelum at welterweight. UFC 287 saw Kelvin Gastelum (18-8 MMA) vs Chris Curtis (30-10 MMA) in a middleweight bout. The result was a unanimous decision win for the 31-year-old Gastelum. The Saturday night fight also awarded Gastelum and Curtis ‘Fight of the Night’ honors.

It’s a fight that both men have talked about for years and it will be a highly-anticipated bout. Originally rumored to headline UFC 290 in Las Vegas during International Fight Week in the Summer, current UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic’s blockbuster bout is now pushed back from the event scheduled for July 8. Despite both Jones and Miocic entertaining the heavyweight title fight next, per a report from ESPN’s Marc Raimondi, the bout won’t occur at UFC 290 and will most likely be pushed back to the fall.
