Last year, Tyson returned after a 16-year-layoff to take on rival Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition boxing bout, which ended in a draw. Ever since then, there have been rumors that Tyson would fight again, but so far, there has been no opponent given to him. However, if Tyson does indeed fight again, then it appears as though his goal is to make the most amount of money. And the biggest draws right now in the world of boxing are, like it or not, Jake and Logan Paul.

At last weekend’s big boxing event in Cleveland, Ohio, Paul was awarded a split decision nod over Woodley on the judges’ scorecards. While it seemed like most observers thought Paul did enough to edge out the win, there are some, however, who believe that Woodley deserved the nod. Tyson, though, disagrees.

Tyson may have turned 55 years old in June, but you wouldn’t know he’s in his mid-50s by the shape that he’s in. In a new video posted to his Instagram, the boxing superstar showed that he still possesses his trademark hand speed and power as he absolutely destroyed his trainer’s pads. Although Paul is 0-1 as a pro boxer he was younger and had a massive height and reach advantage which made the fight interesting. Early on, he used his size and pressured Mayweather but as the bout dragged on the undefeated pro boxer took over but couldn’t finish Paul and they went the distance.

Mike Tyson will return to the boxing ring this fall, confirms coach

Boxing legend Mike Tyson will step back into the ring this fall for the Legends Only League, according to his coach Rafael Cordeiro. Tyson made his return to boxing late last year when he fought fellow legend Roy Jones Jr. to a draw in his first boxing match since 2005. It was an exhibition fight and the 54-year-old — soon to be 55 — liked the experience. He has made it clear since he fought Jones Jr. that he wants to return to the ring again, and we now have a potential date for his return.

Tyson returned last November after a 15-year layoff when he fought Roy Jones Jr. to a draw in the main event of the Triller boxing event. Getting back into the ring with Jones Jr. reignited Tyson’s passion for the sport and he has said that he wants to step back into the squared circle once again this year. Despite turning 55 years old in June, Tyson is still in tremendous physical shape and he showed in the Jones Jr. fight that he still hits hard. That’s whay he wants to challenge himself and step back into the ring for another fight.

Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. both produced clean drug testing results following their special exhibition fight in November. Tyson and Jones, 54 and 51 years old respectively, met in an eight-round heavyweight exhibition on November 28 in Los Angeles. Heading into the fight, which was sanctioned by the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC), both men underwent drug testing administered by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency (VADA).
