Like Nate Diaz said, the fighters in the UFC are entertaining many of the world’s entertainers that are making the big money.
Some celebrities that were in attendance at UFC 205 included the legendary Madonna, pop star singer Demi Lovato, New York Giants Receiver Odell Beckham Jr., actors Hugh Jackman, and Zac Efron.
Another sports celebrity that was there with great seats at UFC 205 was Chicago White Sox third baseman, Todd Frazier. Frazier captured the moment Conor McGregor finished Eddie Alvarez in the second round and was sitting cageside for it all.
Take a look at the video and you can hear McGregor’s crisp punching combination land on Alvarez, which sent the lightweight champion at the time to the canvas and finished it off with few punches to the downed fighter.
Frazier said in his post, “Caught the knockout. Perfect timing. #UFCNYC what a sick event last night @blawrie13 wish u were there kiddddddd.”

Conor McGregor made history with his win over Eddie Alvarez to become the first concurrent two-division UFC champion. Only two other fighters in the UFC, Randy Couture and our very own BJ Penn, have been able to capture championship titles in two separate weight classes. However, McGregor is the first UFC fighter to hold the status as the champion of two divisions at the same time.
