Tenshin Nasukawa issues snappy response to Conor McGregor’s criticism of Floyd Mayweather fight

By Tom Taylor - November 6, 2018

The next man to fight undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather will not be Conor McGregor or Khabib Nurmagomedov or even Manny Pacquiao. Instead, Mayweather will be welcomed back to the ring by 20-year-old kickboxing wunderkind Tenshin Nasukawa, who he’s expected to battle at RIZIN 14 on New Years Eve in Tokyo, as first reported by BJPENN.COM.

Floyd Mayweather, Tenshin Nasukawa

This news, in a rather unsurprising twist, generated a reaction from Mayweather’s former opponent Conor McGregor. The former UFC lightweight and featherweight champ did not seem to be impressed.

“Is that a tracksuit or a sauna suit Floyd haha wtf,” Conor McGregor wrote of Floyd Mayweather’s fight with Tenshin Nasukawa. “Is it hot in Tokyo or what’s the story here? That climate change is no joke f**k me hahah. What in the f**k is going on here? Who’s this little prick next to you ? That’s mad shit. Like something out of rush hour 5 or something. Chris tucker and Jackie fu**ing Chan back in this bitch. F**ing brilliant. Mad little bastard you are Floyd. Fair fu**s to you mate. No lie. F**k it.”

It did not take long for the “little prick” McGregor mentions to clap back.

Tenshin Nasukawa issued a snappy response to the Irish MMA star on Twitter.

“Hello, Mr. McGregor,” Tenshin Nasukawa wrote on Twitter. “My Name is Tenshin Nasukawa. I am not Jackie Chan. I promise to avenge your loss, so please watch my fight.”
