Mayweather, who is currently a flawless 50-0 as a professional boxer, has not fought since August of 2017, when he scored a tenth-round TKO win over former UFC lightweight and featherweight champ Conor McGregor in a headline dominating crossover fight. After this fight, Mayweather retired again, though this retirement sounds like it could be short lived.

Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao’s first fight occurred in May of 2015. Mayweather won the fight, which was the biggest pay-per-view in combat sports history, by unanimous decision.

Manny Pacquiao, who is 60-7-2 overall, last fought in July, when he scored a vintage TKO win over Lucas Matthysse. His next most recent fight was an extremely questionable decision loss to Jeff Horn.

Pacquiao seemed to confirm this news shortly after Mayweather’s post.
