During today’s UFC 200 press conference, UFC president Dana White announced that there was no longer any chance that current featherweight champ Conor McGregor would be fighting at this summer’s blockbuster event.

Shortly after making that statement, Dana White was asked if it was possible that a light heavyweight championship rematch between Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones could be put together in enough time for UFC 200 this July. White responded with the following statement:

“It’s a possibility. Jones vs. DC 2 could be at 200 if Jones wins (this weekend).”
