Brian Ortega has officially apologized to Jay Park for slapping him in the face at UFC 248. Park, who is a K-Pop star, was alongside Chan Sung Jung aka Korean Zombie where he was serving as Zombie’s translator. Previously, Ortega has said he will slap Park if he sees him, and he stuck to his word.

Although Romero was on a two-fight losing streak, he got the title shot due to Paulo Costa being injured. In case you missed it, this past weekend at UFC 248 Chang Sung Jung and T-City were involved in an altercation in the crowd. According to eye witness reports, and statements from both featherweight combatants, Ortega had slapped The Korean Zombie’s friend and manager Jay Park while Jung was taking a bathroom break.

Jedrzejczyk’s training partner, Valerie Loureda, has not been impressed by this display.
