Boxer Amir Khan has been linked to Manny Pacquiao lately, with many saying that a fight between the two could be in the works. However, the boxer himself says although a fight with Pacquiao is in the plans, he would like to rematch Danny Garcia first, in order to avenge one of his losses.

Khan told Yahoo Sports that he would like a fight with Garcia in December, then hopefully a fight with Pacquiao can be worked out for May.

Check it out!

“I’d like to have the rematch [with Garcia]. I think it would be a good fight for me and for the fans, so we’re trying to make it materialize. At the moment, our #1 priority is making a fight with Manny Pacquiao happen, so hopefully I’ll be fighting in December and then Pacquiao next May.”

“We’ve spoken to a few potential opponents for December, but a rematch with Garcia around then would be great. It’s still 14 weeks away so it’s a possibility.”
