Conor McGregor revealed some very interesting news on Monday. The UFC featherweight champion that has a historic fight scheduled against lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos at UFC 196 on March 5 announced on Twitter that he has been placed in the UFC Hall of Fame. “The Notorious” tweeted the following message that resonated a very loud message to his fans:

interim featherweight champion

“I’m happy to announce that I have inducted myself into the UFC hall of fame.
Details of event to follow.”

What does this all mean from the star Irishman? He says that he has inducted “himself” into the UFC Hall of Fame?

McGregor went on a bit of a Twitter rant before finishing it off with his Hall of Fame tweet.

So again, what does this all mean from Conor McGregor? McGregor talks about fight cards being flushed down the toilet due to injuries, where the recently scheduled Pay-Per-View UFC 196 event was turned into UFC Fight Night 82 event that will air on FOX Sports 1. The change came after Cain Velasquez and Fabricio Werdum both pulled out of their title fights due to injury.

What further details will we get from McGregor? I guess we will have to wait and find out!
