Dana White admits he's not looking forward to Josh Hokit's antics during UFC Freedom 250 build

Dana White isn’t the biggest fan of Josh Hokit’s antics, but as long as the UFC 327 winner produces, there won’t be much of an issue. Hokit had a big night on Saturday when he defeated Curtis Blaydes via unanimous decision in Miami. Not only did Hokit earn the win and two bonuses, but he also scored a spot on the UFC Freedom 250 card. He will be facing Derrick Lewis after POTUS Donald Trump requested “The Black Beast” for the June 14 show.

Now that the dust has settled for UFC 327, new betting odds for potential bouts involving newly-minted light heavyweight champion Carlos Ulberg have surfaced. Ulberg clashed with Jiri Prochazka in the main event of UFC 327 this past Saturday in Miami. Things weren’t looking good for “Black Jag,” who suffered a knee injury early on. It ultimately didn’t matter, as Ulberg shut the lights off Prochazka to become the new 205-pound king.

Dana White is in awe of Paulo Costa’s victory over Azamat Murzakanov at UFC 327. Costa and Murzakanov shared the Octagon in the co-main event of this past Saturday’s pay-per-view in Miami. Murzakanov was the betting favorite ahead of fight night, but “Borrachinha” proved that he’s a new threat in the light heavyweight division.

In the main event of UFC 327, Carlos Ulberg became the new UFC light heavyweight champion with a stunning knockout over Jiri Prochazka. It seemed as if the fight was there to be won for Jiri after Carlos appeared to sustain a knee injury, and yet, it didn’t quite work out that way with the Czech sensation opting to show Ulberg mercy.

The Octagon returned to Miami, Florida, for tonight’s UFC 327 event, a 12-bout fight card headlined by Jiri Prochazka vs. Carlos Ulberg. The highly anticipated light heavyweight title fight resulted in one of the craziest finishes in recent memory. After getting off to a good start with some hard low kicks, Carlos Ulberg seemingly blew out his knee while sliding out of the pocket. Jiri Prochazka initially pounced at the opportunity, but after landing some nasty low kicks to the injured leg of Ulberg and recognizing the extent of his opponent’s injury, Prochazka seemingly let up. It was shortly after his aggression stopped that ‘Black Jag’ was able to find a home for a big left hook that sent the Czech fighter crashing to the canvas. Ulberg jumped all over Jiri with hammer fists and put him out cold for a brief moment.
