Georges St. Pierre hosting new TV show about his true passion

Georges St-Pierre interview

Former UFC welterweight kingpin Georges St-Pierre hasn’t fought in the Octagon since his UFC 167 split decision win over Johny Hendricks in 2013.

Recently however, there has been much talk of a potential GSP return to the Octagon at UFC 200, where many fight fans would like to see him fight Robbie Lawler.

Back in 2010, St-Pierre shocked fight fans as he informed BloodyElbow about his true passion:

“Ask me a question about the Jurassic period or the Cretaceous period and I probably could answer it. Seriously, I’m into paleontology. That’s the study of prehistoric life,” he revealed. “You know that the Tyrannosaurus Rex was found with feathers? Yes, feathers!”

“When I train, I love to take time off and fly to the Natural History Museum or an exhibition. I just love that,” he said. “That’s why most of my friends are not fighters. Most of my friends are nerds like me. That’s why I have a hard time finding a girlfriend. I need someone to talk science with.”

Now, St-Pierre will be hosting a show about Dinosaurs according to Fox Sports. The show will air on April 14th at 6am PT.
