Ahead of the scrap, BJPENN.com reached out to several pro fighters to make their picks for the flyweight main event. The pros believe Moreno will get his hand raised again as he beat Royval back in 2020, and with the fight being in Mexico they believe he will let the crowd go home happy on Saturday night.

BJPENN.com Fighter Picks Brandon Moreno vs Brandon Royval 2:

Max Griffin, UFC welterweight: Moreno by decision in a fun fight. The first one was just getting going when the injury happened. I think it will be close, but I got Moreno in this one.

Geoff Neal, UFC welterweight: Moreno beats Royal again. I think he’s the better striker and could even wrestle if he needs to, to get the win.

Jim Miller, UFC lightweight: I’ll go with Royval. I think he can outstrike Moreno, should be a fun one.

Marcus McGhee, UFC bantamweight: Moreno has this, especially in Mexico. I’m a big fan of Brandon Royval, but Moreno is the better striker and should be able to get a decision win here.

Devin Clark, UFC light heavyweight: That is a good one, but I’ll say Moreno by decision.

Chris Duncan, UFC lightweight: Brandon Moreno I think he gets it done again. I think this one goes the distance, Royval showed he was durable against Pantoja.

Chad Anheliger, UFC bantamweight: Moreno is better all around, and I think he can outstrike or outwrestle Royval here to get a decision, I think both guys are too tough to be finished.
