BREAKING: Stephan Bonnar Inks Deal With Bellator, Promises To ‘Free The MMA World Of Tito Ortiz’

By BJPENN.COM News - August 27, 2014

Fan favorite, and one of the men involved in arguably the greatest fight of all time, Stephan Bonnar has come out of retirement and signed with Bellator, in order to hopefully fulfill a grudge match against Tito Ortiz.

Front Row Brian broke the story, however The American Psycho gave a statement to MMAFighting about his return saying:

“I want everyone to know I’m coming out of retirement because it’s time to free the MMA world of the virus that’s known as Tito Ortiz. We’ve been suffering through his boring fights for too many years, and it’s about time that someone beats it out of him once and for all.”

The feud goes back to when Bonnar was inducted to the UFC’s Hall Of Fame. Tito Ortiz said he didn’t deserve a shot, which led to Bonnar making a comment about Ortiz financial status after his breakup with pornstar Jenna Jameson.

Bonnar is coming off a loss to Anderson Silva, whereas Ortiz is coming off a win over Alexander Shlemenko, which ended his three-year losing streak.

Now we must ask the question…WHO ‘YA GOT PENNATION?
