The UFC announced late Thursday that Gustaffson will face Jan Blachowicz in a light heavyweight bout.

Gustafsson last fought Daniel Cormier in a UFC light heavyweight title fight at UFC 192 back in October, losing a close split decision fight against the champion. Prior to the bout with Cormier, “The Mauler” was TKO’d for the first time in his professional career by Anthony Johnson in January 2015.

Jan Blachowicz is 1-1 in his last two bouts, coming off a decision win over Igor Pokrajac at UFC Fight Night 86 in April. Prior to that, Blachowicz lost to Corey Anderson by unanimous decision.

The event will be headlined by heavyweights Josh Barnett and Andrei Arlovski.
