Jake Paul, Ryan Bourland, Boxing, KO

Last weekend, Jake Paul returned to the ring and secured a nice KO win over Ryan Bourland. While many didn’t believe his opponent was up to scratch, a lot of fans are intrigued to see how far ‘The Problem Child’ can take this current run of his.

Former UFC champion Demetrious Johnson recently weighed in on the skills of the YouTube sensation during an analysis video.

Johnson questions Paul

“He is good. He understands distance, he understands a jab…” Johnson said. “So when I sit back and I watch Jake Paul do these amateur fights, I look at it as an amateur fight. I don’t take them as professional fights because he’s facing amateur-level competition.

“If they would have said this was a WBO world championship [fight], and Jake Paul would have won this fight and Jake Paul became a champion, do we take that belt seriously?”
