Bo Nickal calls to ‘end’ Colby Covington’s career at White House event: ‘This guy’s a fraud’

Bo Nickal is hopeful to fight Colby Covington at the White House event.

Covington has hinted at moving up to middleweight, and if he does, Nickal would like to welcome him to the division. The two got into it verbally at the RAF wrestling event over the weekend, which has led to Nickal wanting the fight. If the fight does happen, Nickal would like it to be at the White House.

“Yup, that’s the plan,” Nickal said to Ariel Helwani of his next fight being at the White House. … Not really talking about opponents, just about the plan on getting me on that card. I’ll be ready to go. This situation came up organically because I never had Colby on my radar. But him talking crazy in the presser and him saying he’s going up to middleweight, I think it has to happen. I think everyone wants to see me beat that dude up. It would be fun, it would be electric.”

A fight between Bo Nickal and Colby Covington would be huge, and Nickal hopes it does happen.

Bo Nickal expects to ’embarrass’ Colby Covington

If Covington does move up to middleweight and fights Nickal, the former Penn State wrestler doesn’t expect it to be close.

Instead, Bo Nickal believes his wrestling is so much better that he would dominate Covington and end his career.

“I can just absolutely rip that guy apart, send him packing, and end his career,” Nickal added. “(Colby) said he’s coming up to middleweight. I’m an easy check, so let’s get in there, and I’ll embarrass you in front of the entire world. This guy’s a fraud. He’s a JUCO bum. He couldn’t hack it in wrestling.”

However, it’s still uncertain if Covington is being sincere about moving up to middleweight. But if he is, the fight against Nickal does make a lot of sense.
