Here is a highlight video of some of the biggest blunders by MMA referees.
From illegal strikes to the back of the head that go completely unnoticed to competitors being choked unconscious for an extended period of time, take a look at the video that perhaps should be shown to all referees on what not to do.
The folks at The Montage King who put the video together highlight who they believe is by far the worst referee to hit the sport. Dana White likely agrees with them.
