Lerone Murphy is in absolutely ridiculous shape ahead of his next UFC fight.

Murphy, from the United Kingdom, is gearing up for a featherweight clash with Russia’s Movsar Evloev. The card will headline UFC London on March 21. The winner is almost guaranteed to get the next crack at reigning featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski.

Heading into the clash, there is no question that Murphy is in for a tough test. Evloev is one of the most suffocating grapplers in the UFC at present, and has only been challenged a handful of times since joining the promotion.

That being said, it’s clear Murphy is taking his training very seriously. Ahead of UFC London, he is looking absolutely shredded – and fans are amazed.

Fans were quick to comment on Murphy’s incredible shape on social media.

“Holy smokes! He looks to be in incredible shape,” one fan wrote.

“Gah damn Murphy is ON A MISSION,” another account posted.

That being said, some fans aren’t convinced Murphy’s physique will be enough to protect him from Evloev’s wrestling.

“All those muscles just to get layed on for 5 rounds,” one fan wrote.

Murphy is currently undefeated at 17-0-1. Since battling Zubaira Tukhgukov to a draw in his UFC debut, he’s won nine straight. His last four wins have been particular impressive, as he’s defeated top opposition in Edson Barboza, Josh Emmett, Dan Ige, and Aaron Pico. The win over Pico was the best of the bunch, as he finished things with a spinning-elbow KO.

Evloev is also undefeated. His pro MMA record sits at 19-0. He’s also beaten some world-class opposition since joining the UFC. His most recent win came against former bantamweight champ Aljamain Sterling. His resume also includes wins over Diego Lopes, Arnold Allen, and Dan Ige.
