Cris ‘Cyborg’ visits cancer patients and donates blood in Curitiba, Brazil

Invicta featherweight champion Cris ‘Cyborg’ made sure to give back to her hometown of Curitiba, Brazil following her successful UFC debut at UFC 198.

‘Cyborg,’ who picked up a first-round TKO victory over Leslie Smith at UFC 198 visited the Hospital Nossa Senhora Das Gracas in Curitiba while she was back in her hometown.

Cyborg said in a post on her social media, “Was an honor to visit Hospital Nossa Senhora Das Gracas in Curitiba and spend the afternoon visiting with patients undergoing treatment for cancer!
After the visit, along with my team we donate blood. Be a champ today, so someone else has the opportunity to be a champion tomorrow!
Together we are all stronger!”

While the UFC was looking to put together another 140-pound catchweight bout for ‘Cyborg,’ the Invicta featherweight champion made it clear that she was looking to defend her 145-pound title in Invicta next.
