UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor has been training hard with his obsession to beat Nate Diaz.

At UFC 196 back in March, Diaz handed “The Notorious” his first UFC loss in a non-title welterweight bout.

Since then, McGregor has been obsessed with avenging his loss to Diaz and had the chance when the UFC booked the two in an immediate rematch to headline UFC 200.

People were shocked when the UFC recently announced that they had to pull McGregor from UFC 200 for his refusal to take part in media obligations to promote the event. McGregor released a statement saying that he needed this time to prepare for the rematch against the man who submitted him at UFC 196.

McGregor is still training for the rematch with Diaz, even though the bout is now off.

“The Notorious” posted a photo of his sparring session with the caption saying, “Nothing pretty about hard work but the results. #WorkHardForYours
Sparring at SBG with @peterqueally.”
