Lesnar utilized his ground game to smother and batter Mark Hunt for the better portion of both rounds one and three.

“The Beast” will be well paid for his victory at the historic event as Yahoo Sports Kevin Iole is reporting that Lesnar made a guaranteed $2.5 million for his appearance.

That figure makes Brock Lesnar the highest paid fighter in UFC history, as the previous record was held by Conor McGregor who earned a guaranteed $1 million for his fight with Nate Diaz.

It should be noted that this figure does not include pay-per-view sales, which Brock Lesnar will surely receive later on.
