More often than not, former UFC lightweight and featherweight champ Conor McGregor is the one doing the trash talking. This time around, however, McGregor finds himself on the receiving end of some trash talk, as UFC lightweight contender Kevin Lee has lobbed a savage verbal shelling in the Irishman’s direction on Instagram. In the co-main event of UFC 232 in late December, UFC bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes moved up to the featherweight division, where she authored a shocking knockout victory over long-time champ Cris Cyborg to capture the UFC featherweight title. Mere weeks after becoming a two-division UFC champion, Amanda Nunes has now announced that she is done with the featherweight division. This news is not likely to go over well with Cris Cyborg, who’s been campaigning for a rematch with Nunes ever since she lost the title to her at UFC 232.

Heading into this fight, both men would seem to have a clear list of advantages and disadvantages. While the wrestling advantage is widely believed to be in the corner of the Olympic wrestler Cejudo, however, TJ Dillashaw is confident he’ll be able to win the bout’s wrestling exchanges.

The UFC featherweight title reign of Cris Cyborg has come to an end — at least for now. Despite her recent loss to Amanda Nunes, however, Cyborg remains one of the most fearsome women on the planet, and a definite MMA star. As such, she believes it would unwise of the UFC to let her take her services elsewhere after her next fight, which is the final obligation on her current UFC contract. If Cris Cyborg does leave the UFC after her next fight, she believes her legions of fans will follow her.
