By now, you’ve probably encountered the 10 year challenge dozens and dozens of times on your social media accounts. This craze, which encourages people to share a picture of themselves from 10 years ago and a picture of themselves from this year, side by side, has swept the Internet. Even MMA stars like Conor McGregor have gotten in on the fun.

Here are some MMA fighters who have done the 10 year challenge over the last few days.

“Wow. I don’t even recognise any part of the girl on the left,” wrote UFC featherweight contender Megan Anderson. “2009 to 2019. So much has changed in literally every aspect of my life. The girl on the left hated herself and was unhappy. Sought answers in alcohol and destructive behaviour. On the right, well, certainly far from perfect and has wayyy more to learn and grow, but happy, loving life and proud of the person she is today although dreading turning 30 next year”

“From a weak 15 year old kid with a dream to a multiple time Jiu Jitsu world champion and the hottest prospect in MMA history at 25,” Conor McGregor training partner Dillon Danis said in his 10 year challenge, declaring himself the hottest prospect in MMA history.

“Spot the difference,” wrote ONE atomweight champ Angel Lee, who sneakily used a picture of her little sister for the earlier picture. “Betcha can’t tell.”

“Ten years, give or take,” said former UFC lightweight Kajan Johnson.

“10 year challenge, left is when i’m still representing my nation in Wushu Sanshou as being part of the national team, right is representing it through MMA,” wrote ONE lightweight champ Eduard Folayang.

Ben Saunders also partook in the 10 year challenge, using it as an opportunity to meditate on his time as a pro fighter.
