We’re getting closer and closer to seeing Ronda Rousey do more than just hip toss Triple H in a WWE ring. After making her debut at the Royal Rumble, the organization has done a great job at hyping up her presence as their new superstar. So far, we’ve only seen a point and a handshake, but after she signs her contract, it will only be a matter of time before Rousey is armbarring and launching people on their heads. In order to hold you over, WWE released a sizzle reel which shows the former UFC champion doing some flowy transitions and using those iconic Judo throws.

Eagle-eyed fans may notice former UFC fighter and one of the members of the Four Horsewomen of MMA, Jessamyn Duke. She’s seen in this video package volunteering to be tossed around by Ronda Rousey, although she may be training for her own WWE debut herself. Another Horsewoman, Shayna Baszler is already absolutely tearing it up in WWE’s developmental organization NXT after her impressive performance in the Mae Young Classic tournament. Ever since this whole Rousey thing got teased, a lot of rumors were circulating that the two Horsewomen factions from MMA and WWE would end up in an angle together which was even winked at in a vignette.
RAW strategically dropped the tease due to the fact that Ronda Rousey will sign her contract dedicating herself to the brand at the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view this Sunday. This new footage is the culmination of over four years of work. These women have been working together for a long time. Here’s a flashback compilation featuring Duke, Baszler and Rousey all practicing moves together in the boxing ring.
