Joanna Jedrzejczyk always seems to have a lot going on in her life outside the cage. Her latest project? A cookbook.
The former UFC strawweight champion announced this new release, titled Eat, Laugh and Fight, in an emoji-spattered Instagram post on Tuesday.
See it below:

As the former champ explains in the caption for this post, the link to her new cookbook can be found in her Instagram bio, but for the sake of convenience, we’ll leave it for you right here.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it’s out in English just yet.
Joanna Jedrzejczyk last fought at UFC 231 in December, when she came up short against Valentina Shevchenko in a bid for the vacant UFC flyweight title.
Prior to that setback, she defeated Tecia Torres and lost a pair of bouts to Rose Namajunas. The first of these losses to Namajunas marked the end of her long-standing reign as the UFC strawweight champ.
At present, it’s not clear when she’ll return to the Octagon. Stay tuned for updates on that as details emerge.
