UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley (18-3-1 MMA) appears to be all healed up from his recent shoulder surgery as he released the following video of himself smashing pads.

In the video, “The Chosen One” sends a message to the “Welter-Whiners” proclaiming that he is ready to run the roster. Check it out:

“These #WelterWhinners don’t really want to see me. Or These Hands! I’m ready to run the roster! @ufc don’t have a fighter sign that can beat me. Sorry guys I’ll be here for a bit. Thanks @tikighosn for the work and hospitality, @hansmolenkamp for being so clutch, @monsterenergy for letting me roar, and @circlekstores for the partnership! #AndFOREVER #TeamMonster #WeOutHere” – Tyron Woodley

Tyron Woodley captured the UFC’s coveted welterweight title at UFC 201 in July of 2016 by scoring a thunderous first-round knockout victory over then title-holder Robbie Lawler.

“The Chosen One” would proceed to defend his title three times over the next twelve months that followed UFC 201, fighting to a draw with Stephen Thompson at UFC 205, then defeating “Wonderboy” via majority decision at UFC 209 and finally outpointing submission specialist Demain Maia at UFC 214 in Anaheim.

Following his victory over Demain Maia at UFC 214 on July 29, Tyron Woodley announced that he had suffered a shoulder injury that would likely recover surgery.

“The Chosen One” first attempted to heal the injury through physio therapy but eventually opted to undergo the knife to correct the injury.

With that said, the UFC recently decided to create an interim welterweight title which will be crowned at June’s UFC 225 event in Chicago when former UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos squares off with Colby “Chaos” Covington.
