Often a kinder and more gentle giant outside the Octagon, the former UFC heavyweight champion Dos Santos had nothing but kind words for his next opponent. That was until he discovered the label that Tuivasa has given himself when being introduced prior to his fights.

Earlier this month it was reported that Sijara Eubanks (5-3 MMA) was set to face former bantamweight title challenger Valentina Shevchenko for the vacant UFC flyweight championship in the main event of UFC 230.

Ricardo Lamas vs. Darren Elkins slated for UFC Argentina co-main event

A featherweight matchup between Ricardo Lamas (18-7) and Darren Elkins (24-6) has been added as the co-main event of UFC Argentina on November 17. UFC officials confirmed the news on Tuesday. Lamas is coming off back-to-back losses for the first time in his career after having fought Josh Emmett and Mirsad Bektic. “The Bully” will be looking for his first win since July 2017, where he finished Jason Knight first-round TKO at UFC 214.
