Tuesday morning the MMA world was caught off guard as rumors began surfacing that former UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo had injured himself in training, and would be unable to compete in his scheduled UFC 200 matchup against Frankie Edgar for the interim featherweight championship on July 9th.
Following the rumors, updates then began emerging that Aldo was uninjured, and actually in the middle of a sparring session when the rumors emerged.
Following his training session, Aldo posted a photo to social media, letting his fans know that he is intact okay!
