UFC CEO Dana White was in attendance for Saturday’s White House Correspondent’s Dinner, where a shooter seemingly made an attempt on president Donald Trump’s life. Thankfully, the shooter didn’t get anywhere near the president or any of the dignitaries or businesspeople in attendance, and was apprehended some distance away. However, that didn’t stop security personnel from rushing into the room to secure the area, and escort the president to safety.

The UFC Freedom 250 card, which falls on president Donald Trump’s birthday, is intended to help celebrate the USA’s 250th anniversary, which is technically July 4. The event is expected to be one of the biggest in MMA history. It will certainly be one of the most unique.
