It’s no secret that things have been rather tense between TJ Dillashaw and his former mentor, Urijah Faber. After Dillashaw left Team Alpha Male to move to Colorado and join Elevation Fight Team while also training with Duane Ludwig, Faber banned Dillashaw from T.A.M.
The pair then became involved in a heated war of words spanning across several interviews, with Faber even going as far as to imply that Dillashaw was on steroids during his time at T.A.M.
While Faber is currently gearing up for his UFC 199 trilogy fight with Dominick Cruz, and TJ Dillashaw is gearing up for his UFC 200 fight with Raphael Assuncao, a fight with his former mentor doesn’t appear to be far from the mind of the former bantamweight champion.
