Khabib Nurmagomedov will put his UFC lightweight title on the line for the first time this October when he squares off with former division champion Conor McGregor.

The highly anticipated Conor vs. Khabib title fight headlines UFC 229 which takes place October 6 live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

In the above video, numerous fighters including current and former UFC champions share their predictions for who will emerge victorious when “The Eagle” and “Mystic Mac” throw down this October in Sin City.

Khabib Nurmagomedov has gone a perfect 26-0 in his mixed martial arts career, which included ten victories under the UFC banner.

“The Eagle” was last seen in action at April’s UFC 223 event in Brooklyn, where he defeated Al Iaquinta to capture the promotions coveted lightweight title.

That same weekend, former UFC “champ champ” Conor McGregor made headlines when he attacked the UFC fighter bus insde the Barclays Center which resulted in three fighters being injured.

Conor McGregor has since been cleared of all felony charges stemming from the incident and will now face his bitter rival on October 6.

UFC 229 will mark the first time that Conor McGregor has stepped foot inside the octagon since UFC 205 in November of 2016, where he defeated Eddie Alvarez via second-round knockout to become the first fighter in UFC history to hold two belts simultaneously.
