Tyron Woodley became the UFC welterweight champion at last night’s UFC 201 event in Atlanta by knocking out Robbie Lawler in the very first-round of their main event title fight.
“The Chosen One” has now won three fights in a row and four of his last five overall.
Meanwhile, the loss put an end to Robbie Lawler’s impressive five-fight win streak, which included two UFC welterweight title defense wins over Rory McDonald and Carlos Condit.
