Ahead of Conor McGregor’s UFC 202 rematch with Nate Diaz on August 20th, the featherweight champ has once again enlisted the help of movement specialist Ido Portal.

The pair were seen together in a video working on movement drills earlier this week, and can now be seen in the video above working on counter striking.

McGregor posted the clip to Instagram with the caption:
