Ronda Rousey: I want to be the one to beat Holly Holm

By bjpenndotcom - February 25, 2016

Holly Holm may be undefeated in MMA, but Ronda Rousey plans on being the first woman to defeat the champ, much like Holm was the first woman to defeat Rousey.

While the UFC brass wanted Holm and Rousey to have their highly anticipated rematch at UFC 200, Rousey’s busy film schedule won’t give her enough time to prepare for a fight at UFC 200.

In the meantime the UFC has booked Holly Holm vs. Miesha Tate for UFC 196 on March 5th, with Rousey facing the winner of that fight.

With less than 2 weeks until that fight, Rousey spoke to TMZ to discuss why she needs Holly Holm to defeat Miesha Tate.

“I need her to win. I want to be the one to beat her so I don’t want anyone else to take the honor of beating her but myself.”

When the pair finally fight again, do you think Rousey will be able to get revenge on Holm and reclaim the UFC women’s bantamweight championship?
