Ultimately, ‘Raging’ Al and the UFC were able to reach an agreement, and the top ranked lightweight was scheduled to fight Diego Sanchez last month. Iaquinta then stepped into the Octagon against Sanchez, where he made a successful return to the Octagon as he handed Sanchez a first round KO.
